Part 2: Superstar Daycare FNAF Security Breach

This is my Superstar Daycare Walkthrough in FNAF Security Breach. I will show you how to quickly get all generators to escape the daycare. This guide goes over the missions Slide Into Fun, Let There Be Light, Escape the Daycare, and Free Map. These missions make up the next part of the game where Gregory enters the Superstar Daycare, but needs to escape from the deadly daycare attendant. I will show you how to quickly activate all 5 generators. There are also two important upgrades we can get, the first flashlight upgrade and Monty Fizzy Faz.

Mission: Slide Into Fun

Objectives

  • Find a Security Desk in the Daycare
  • Make a Distraction
  • Get the security badge from the security desk
  • IMPORTANT: There is a flashlight upgrade here that cannot be obtained once you leave. So make sure to get it! 

Mission Walkthrough

To start this mission you must enter the daycare’s play area. Move forwards to the entrance of the yellow slide and enter it to go into the daycare. You will be met by Sun who thinks you are there to play and will bring you to the front of the room. If you try to leave Sun will chase you and bring you back to this spot. To get away from him you must interact with these stacked cylinder noise makers. You will see a distraction prompt whenever you are close to some. Then Sun is forced to put them back into place before he can go after you. This is preparing you for Moon who will be hunting you later on. 

What I suggest doing is running around the area and knocking over all the stacked noise makers you find. Keep note of where each stack of toys is for later. There will be some in groups of 3, 2, and one. The more there are in a group the longer it will take Sun or Moon to fix them. You can use this time to familiarize yourself with the map so it will be easier to survive later on when the lights are off. Feel free to explore the jungle gyms as well and take note of generator locations.

After you have run around knocking over a bunch of distractions it is time to get the flashlight at the security desk. The security desk will be in the back of the daycare by the large wooden door. DO NOT pick up the security badge yet as that will trigger the hard part of this area. First you will want to pickup the flashlight in the Freddy charger and get the flashlight upgrade. This is part of the second mission but there is no harm in taking it now.

Now that you have the flashlight you will want to make your way to the ball pit. Make sure to knock over as many toys as possible on your way to the ball pit to keep Sun busy. Once in the ball pit go to the left towards the green jungle gym with the yellow circle entrance. Go right and down to the castle, and if you turn on your flashlight you will see a staircase in the castle. Go upstairs and you will find a present that gives the first flashlight upgrade. 

Next you can make your way back to the security desk so you can save your game. But don’t take the security pass yet because I want to explain the generator locations to you for the next mission.

Mission: Let There Be Light

Objectives

  • Take the Flashlight
  • Turn the Generators On (0/5)
  • Meet Freddy Outside the Daycare

Mission Walkthrough

If you look at the ground you will see large cables going into the jungle gyms. When looking at the gyms from the security desk, the left gym has 1 generator in it and the right one has 4. The generator in the left gym has a pink cable, you can approach the gym from the security desk and there is an entrance where you see the red wall. Make an immediate right and go all the way up and you will come to the generator. For an easy exit turn around and go down the blue slide. Now let’s take a look at the other 4 generators. 

There will be a yellow cable leading into the first floor of the right gym from the back. From the slide go to the big Freddy plushie and there is an opening to the jungle gym here. Go straight down and you will see the second generator. Now continue going straight down right of the generator and there will be an exit with some distractions right there. If you turn left you will see a blue cable leading to the third generator. Go to the right wall and there will be an opening to the jungle gym. Enter and go left to follow the blue cable and you will see the third generator.

The fourth generator will have a red cable, but you will not see it from inside the gym. You can get to it though, and I’ll tell you how. Right of the blue generator is a ramp that goes up, follow the path around the corner and straight until you get to the green ramp to the yellow tube. You want to go up this ramp, through the yellow tube, and go around the green plastic wall and up the ramp behind it. Turn left at the top and keep going up the ramps and you will come to the fourth generator with the red cable.

The fifth and final generator has a green cable and you can easily reach it. Just to the left of the generator behind the green plastic wall is a ramp down. Go down this ramp and you will come to a blue slide, go down the slide and the final generator is right there. I recommend practicing getting to all these generators, and remember to note which distractions you can use between generators.

When you feel ready it is time to take the security badge, as soon as you do the lights will go off and Sun will turn into Moon. Unlike Sun, Moon wants to capture you so he can kill you. Now it is time to speed run activating the 5 generators. Before going for the first generator you should run around the daycare and knock over every distraction you can. This will keep Moon occupied for quite a while. Once that has been done I suggest starting with the generator in the left jungle gym, and go from there. Use the route I explained above and you should reach each generator without issue. As soon as you turn on the fifth generator the lights will turn on, and Moon will turn back into Sun.

Now make your way back to the security desk and save your game. Here is a reminder to get that flashlight upgrade if you didn’t already before moving on. Once you are ready to move on press the button next to the big door and Sun will kick you out of the daycare permanently.

Mission: Escape the Daycare

Objectives

  • Escape the Daycare with Freddy
  • Get to the Recharge Station

Mission Walkthrough

When you get kicked out of the daycare Sun will alert Chica, Monty, and Roxy to your location. They immediately start coming for you, but luckily Freddy is also here. You must run to Freddy and get inside immediately. Once you are controlling Freddy you will be safe but must get to a recharge station before his battery runs out. To get the recharge station go up the left staircase and follow the arrows pointing you to the lobby. This will lead you to the same place you entered at, go outside the Superstar Daycare door and the recharge station will be on the left wall. 

As you approach the recharge station Freddy will automatically enter. You will see Vanny walk by and there will be some dialogue. Once over Freddy will exit the recharge station and you can get out and save your game. Now you will have full access to Freddy, you can recharge by interacting with any recharge station. You can also call Freddy to you with the “Call Freddy” button. On PC this is the “Q” key. If you are inside Freddy when he runs out of battery it will be game over, so make sure to always get out or recharge when you get the “low battery” message.

While this mission is completed, the game does not really tell you how to proceed from here. To get to the next mission you will want to go back to the lobby by going straight down the hallway. Then go to an elevator next to the photo booths and press the button to go up. While riding the elevator Freddy will tell you about two possible exits you can go to. He says he marks your Faz Map but there will be no marks on the map once you get one. At this point you will get three new missions which are Free Map, Loading Dock, and Prize Counter. 

Mission: Free Map

Objective

  • Collect the Map

Mission Walkthrough

As soon as you get off the elevator you will get a nice surprise from a Map bot. Now you need to choose between doing the Loading Dock mission or Prize Counter mission. I suggest doing the Loading Dock mission first because that is where the Freddy Fizzy Faz upgrade is. The Fizzy Faz upgrades will increase Gregory’s stamina. But Prize Counter does not have any upgrades locked by the mission. But why does this matter? Well after doing the Loading Dock or Prize Counter mission you will be restricted on where you can go until much later in the game. So you want to get the upgrades you can while you have the chance. 

Monty Fizzy Faz

Before going anywhere I first want to tell you how to get the Monty Fizzy Faz. It may be helpful to be in Freddy for this so you do not have to worry about running into any of the patrolling S.T.A.F.F bots. From the elevator you want to go to the escalator on the right going upstairs because you need to get to the third floor. On the third floor look for the El Chip’s sign and go there. 

The El Chip’s door will only open enough for you to go through, and once inside there is a save station. I recommend saving here just in case. Now go to the other side of the restaurant and you will see a S.T.A.F.F bot mopping. Behind this bot is the door to the kitchen and that is where we need to go. You want to be very careful not to alert this bot because it will summon an animatronic to hunt you. 

To get around the bot you can go around to the back of the room, if you think the bot is too close then crouch so you do not alert it. Then crouch walk along the wall and get to the kitchen door and go inside the kitchen. Once inside go to the stove and there is a present there. Open it to get the Monty Fizzy Faz which will increase your stamina. To continue go to the next part of my guide.
