In this guide I will tell you how to easily complete Cold Storage in FNAF Help Wanted 2. This is one of the first games you can play in Help Wanted 2. In this game you will need to do some maintenance on Freddy and replace the cake he has. But you must be careful because doing the wrong move could result in game over. This game has one Faz Coin you can collect in it.
Before starting I want to mention you can find a Faz Coin under the cake to your right, so make sure to collect it. Now, the first thing we need to do is remove the ice from Freddy’s arms. Look at the tray in front of you and there is a blaster that can release hot or cold air. Set it to the heat setting and then pull the trigger to activate the heat. Use it to melt the ice on both of Freddy’s arms. Once that is done you will see a shape on each of Freddy’s arms.
Let’s start with the right arm which has a triangle shape. Look at your tool tray and you will see some tools with various shapes. Find the triangle shape and insert it into the slot on Freddy’s right arm.This will cause Freddy’s arm casing to open up so you can do some repairs. First take the blaster and melt the ice on the corroded battery. Be careful as you heat this because this will also heat Freddy’s endoskeleton. This is shown by Freddy becoming a bright red if you heat him too long.
If Freddy gets too hot then it will be game over, so stop using the heat blaster once Freddy starts turning red and let him cool down. Once the ice has been melted you can throw the battery anywhere you want, it doesn’t matter. Look at the tool tray and there will be a new battery there. Take it and place it in the battery slot. Now look at Freddy’s left arm, it will have a square socket.
Find the square tool and place it in the socket to open the arm. Then grab the circular tool with a star on it from your tool tray. Place this into the star socket on Freddy’s left arm and then the monitor will have a check mark. Before pressing the button on the monitor switch to the cold setting on the blaster.
When you press the button a progress bar will appear and the battery will spark. If you let the battery spark too long it overheats and the bar will pause. You will want to blast cool air on the battery in short bursts whenever you see a spark. The reason you only want to do short bursts is because too much will make the battery too cold, and also pause the bar. Now that you know what to do, press the button on the monitor. Then just do a quick blast of cold air when the battery sparks. Press the button on the monitor once the bar is filled.
This will make Freddy’s eyes pop out. Grab each one to remove it and throw them to the side. We do not need to put Freddy back together so no need to be careful with his parts. Then touch Freddy’s nose to open his face plate. When Freddy moves back into place the endo will activate snapping its jaws. As it snaps the endo will heat up and increase in speed, so continuously blast the endo face plate with cold air. This will prevent the endo from speeding up while you try to press the button.
Be warned that if the endo snaps on your finger it will be game over. So it is important to watch the snaps, then quickly press the button. This will release Freddy’s chest plate, and you can grab and remove it. Again it does not matter where you place the chest plate, we don’t need it. Before pressing the next button take a look at Freddy’s chest. You will see three springs, one on the left, one on the bottom, and one on the right. After you press the button these springs will start to heat up, if they get too hot it will be game over.
Before pressing the button have the blaster in your hand on the cold setting. Then press the button and start blasting cold air onto the springs. The easiest way to do this is to make a U shape going left to right, then right to left, while continuously blasting cold air. This will allow you to cool all the springs quickly before any get too hot. Plus you don’t have to focus on trying to figure out which one is getting hot. But if you notice one starting to turn noticeably red you should switch to it ASAP.
You will need to cool the coils for about 28 seconds, then you will hear a ding. Then the chest will open up so you can remove the cake. Make sure to place this cake on the stand on your left. This is VERY important! Unlike everything else, if you just throw the cake away Freddy will attack you. The same goes for Timmy’s cake, you cannot let that one splatter either or Freddy will attack. Shortly after you remove the cake an alarm will sound. You have about 21 seconds to put the cake on your right into Freddy’s chest cavity. As soon as you do the alarm will stop and the game will end.
